From the classroom to authentic concert stages – The Paul Green School of Rock Music is invading south Florida. The rock invasion is in full force as the Coral Springs school headlines two All Ages south Florida concerts in a tribute to rock greats Aerosmith on Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11.
Coral Springs, FL, September 16, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Fast becoming known as the place to teach kids how to rock - from the classroom to authentic concert stages - The Paul Green School of Rock Music is invading south Florida.
Located at 7544 Wiles Road, The Paul Green School of Rock Music – Coral Springs was the first to open in Florida and locations in east Ft. Lauderdale, Boca/Delray, and the Weston/Pembroke Pines areas will be opening soon. A corporate location recently opened in Kendall and a branch in Palm Beach Gardens opened in July.

The All Ages shows will be held Friday, October 10 at Hammerjacks, located next to the SpareZ Bowling Center in Davie and Saturday, October 11 at legendary Ft. The School of Rock (ages 7-17) brings the gift of rock to capacity crowds of all ages, with the greatest classic rock hits from Zeppelin to Zappa. Widely known as the apparent inspiration for the Jack Black full-length hit comedy, "School of Rock," as well as the subject of "Rock School," a critically acclaimed documentary film, The Paul Green School of Rock Music truly lives up to its mantra of “Saving Rock and Roll One Kid at a Time!”
To date, School of Rock students have played over 1,500 concerts to more than 500,000 people at legendary venues around the world. The primary goal is to foster a new generation of incredible musicians by exposing the students to classic rock amid a stimulating, interactive school environment.
The Paul Green School of Rock Music is the nation’s premiere interactive, performance-based music school offering a wide-variety of lessons and programs for students of all ages. Private lessons, Rock School 101, Rock School Performance, Grad School, and Summer Rock Boot Camp are all available at the Coral Springs location.
