Honor Society Donates $2,500 to University of Iowa Scholarship Fund
Washington, DC, September 18, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) made a $2,500 donation to The University of Iowa’s scholarship fund.
The donation is part of the Inspire Integrity Awards, an NSCS faculty award to professors who instill integrity in their students. Iowa professor Linda Bolton received the national award. She received a $3,000 stipend and the award at NSCS’ Convention in Orlando, FL in July 2008.
“We’re pleased to make this donation to The University of Iowa’s scholarship fund,” NSCS Executive Director Stephen E. Loflin said. “Integrity is the cornerstone of academic and personal success, and we’re truly honored to recognize both Dr. Bolton and the University of Iowa for their contributions to inspiring and instilling integrity in students.”
