Appoinment of Christoph Voegeli as General Manager of Holiday Inn Melaka, Malaysia

California, AL, September 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Holiday Inn Melaka, the newest, freshest and trendiest hotel in Melaka, is proud to announce the arrival of Christoph Voegeli as General Manager.

Christoph will be taking over from Damian ten Bohmer, who is moving to India to take another important role. Before joining Holiday Inn Melaka, InterContinental Hotels & Resort Group, Christoph was the General Manager at Hanoi Horison Hotel part of Swiss-Belhotel International.

Besides Vietnam, Christoph’s recent other assignments have been in Indonesia, Singapore, Sarawak and Thailand. Prior to coming to Asia Christoph worked with InterContinental in Switzerland and Luxembourg. Christoph is married and has two small children.
