Big Decision 08’: 5 Clubs, 2 Parties... 1 Big Decision. A party with a purpose: The largest voter registration drive for the next generation of voters.
Nashville, TN, September 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- 5 clubs, 2 parties and 1 big decision will be made on Saturday, September 27, 2008 from 9pm-12am with the highly anticipated event, the Big Decision 08’. The Big Decision 08’ is a fun bi-partisan event designed to encourage over 1000 men and women between the ages of 18-30 to become registered to vote in a fun and festive bar crawl style format.
The 2008 presidential election will be the most important election that Americans will have the opportunity to participate in. Regardless of what party you support in this upcoming election it is imperative that Americans of all ages participate in the democratic process. In America, 50% of men and women between the ages if 18-27 have not participated in the electoral process. Most of whom are not event registered to vote, which is a basic right that people of all demographics have died for. This is Our nation’s reality. However, the Social Butterfly PR Group and 92Q wants to change this mentality.
The Social Butterfly PR Group and 92Q is encouraging the Nashville community to make the first step to making the biggest decision a responsible Nashville socialite can ever make, and that is the ability to vote.
Participants will receive special discounted admission and nightlife specials at participating locations once they have registered to vote or have displayed their voter registration card to their Big Decision 08’ volunteers on September 27, 2008. Participating locations include: Bar Fly’s nightclub, B.B. Kings, Decades, Lot 7 and the Place Ultra Lounge.
In addition to registering to vote in this upcoming presidential election, club goers will cast their votes on participate clubs on categories that relate to the Nashville social scene. Theses categories will include, but not limited to: Best DJ, most beautiful people, best drinks, and overall club atmosphere.
Club winners of the Big Decision 08’ will be announced on Monday, September 29th through our media partner, 92Q.
