Grupo Lledó Reduces Reporting Time by 80 Percent with Infor Performance Management Software
Infor PM 10 Reduces Delivery Time for Monthly Reporting from 10 Days to Less than Two by Eliminating Spreadsheet Dependency.
Atlanta, GA, September 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Infor today announced that Grupo Lledó, a company with more than 50 years experience in industrial lighting projects, has deployed Infor PM 10 to optimize business processes and reduce delivery time for monthly reporting from 10 to less than two days.
Infor Performance Management (PM) is an integrated application suite that helps companies connect their corporate strategy to their operational plans and helps improve visibility into their financial and operational status.
The PM software, which incorporates Infor PM OLAP, Infor PM Office Plus and Infor PM Application Studio, was chosen to complement the group’s existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, also provided by Infor (Infor ERP XA). One of Grupo Lledó’s main requirements was for a PM solution that would allow them to normalize all the information generated by their ERP system, especially in the area of reporting and scorecarding. Grupo Lledó also wanted to eliminate information being stored in spreadsheets to unify data and speed up monthly reporting.

After conducting an extensive review of PM vendors, Grupo Lledó chose Infor for its greater flexibility, functionality and ease of integration with Infor ERP XA. Infor also offered a low total cost of ownership.
The project began at the end of April. The first stage saw the implementation of Infor PM 10 for creating financial reports. The first trials started in the last week of April and concluded at the end of May, when financial reporting began.
Following this, Grupo Lledó purchased a CRM solution for handling commercial information which was integrated with Infor ERP XA and Infor PM. The project ended with an analysis of the indicators provided by Infor PM 10.
