Avon and MTV Executives Honored by Women’s Venture Fund

New York, NY, September 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Leslie Leventman, EVP of MTV Networks and Kim Azzarelli, VP, Corporate Secretary, Avon Products, to be honored by Women’s Venture Fund.

The two honorees will be feted at Women’s Venture Fund’s “Defining Moments” Gala on September 23 at Capitale in New York. Bonnie Somerville, star of TV’s “Cashmere Mafia,” will host the event.
 The Fund assists women in achieving their dreams of becoming successful business owners.

“This year we are honoring two women who have reached the pinnacle of their careers,” said Maria Otero, founder and president of the Women’s Venture Fund. She said Leslie Leventman, executive vice 
president, creative services, special events and convention planning with MTV; and Kim Azzarelli vice president of legal and public affairs and
corporate secretary with Avon, “have also been highly supportive in helping women succeed in building their own businesses.”

Tamara Jacobs, CEO of her own executive communications company, will serve as the keynote speaker. CNBC’s “Fast Money” co-hosts Guy Adami and Jeff Macke will once again be conducting the live auction at the annual fundraiser.
