Beacon Realty Capital Closes $1.3 Million FHA 202 Transaction

Chicago, IL, September 25, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Beacon Realty Capital, a commercial real estate financial services firm, arranged $1.34 million in permanent FHA 202 fixed-rate debt for an affordable apartment building located in Peoria, Illinois. Beacon arranged the high leveraged, non-recourse loan which includes a 35-year term and amortization. The long-term financing was arranged using Beacon’s correspondent FHA lender.
