Recently, the Financial Accounting Standards Board released information regarding EITF 07-5 determining whether an instrument (or an embedded feature) is indexed to an entity’s own stock. Much of this regulatory activity has to do with dealing with uncertainties. Companies should become very familiar with this subject as it will have a broad impact on their financial reporting/accounting functions.
The Knowledge Congress is assembling a panel of distinguished professionals and key regulators to help understand EITF 07-5 and its impact on your firm and the broader market. The speakers will present their expert opinions in a two-hour Live webcast.
