IDGC of Centre’s Deputy General Director for Development and Performance of Grid Services Vadim Fyodorov Will Make a Presentation at a Power Industry Forum

Moscow, Russia, September 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The forum covers the development of the electric power industry after the liquidation of RAO UES as the main coordination centre of the industry. The power industry reform is approaching its end. All conditions have been created for a stable development of the industry: the main facilities and infrastructure were formed, regulation functions were distributed between infrastructural organisations and the state, legal acts that are aimed at market liberalisation were adopted and infrastructure was established for competitive sale of electricity.
