Suburban Dogs Walk the Autumn Riverfront

Troy, MI, September 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Have you noticed all the dogs walking the Detroit Riverwalk? The Riverfront Conservancy, partnered with Canine To Five, has invited dog walkers of all breeds to enjoy the renaissance of Detroit’s riverfront on the beautiful Riverwalk. These walks have been held every Sunday at 10am all summer with many participants.

Sunday, September 27, 2008 will be the last organized pooch parade on the Riverwalk for 2008. 50 plus members of the Troy All Dogs Playgroup will be walking with their dogs starting from Rivard Plaza at 10 am.

Troy All Dogs Playgroup is a group of owners who gather for regular play dates. Members of the playgroup range from the very large mastiff breed to the tiniest teacup pup; the group has grown from 2 people to 296 members in one year and just celebrated their Hot Dog! Anniversary with a Pawty for 130 dogs and their parents.
