Food Safety Microbiology Seminar, Oct. 24
St. Louis, MO, September 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Microbe Inotech Laboratories, Inc. (The MiL, Inc.) will be sponsoring a Food Health and Safety Microbiology Seminar on October 24, 2008 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center (975 N. Warson Rd., St. Louis, MO 63132).
The seminar is a one day series of speakers featuring leaders from both the industry and academia covering concerns from a real world viewpoint as well as analytical food microbiology issues, food safety and technology. Speakers include representatives from BioMerieux Industry, Inc., BioTrove, Inc., Integrated Genomics, and MVA Scientific Consulting, Inc.
Members of the food, medical, public health, and scientific industries are encouraged to attend to learn more about the latest information, techniques, and technology used in combating food-born pathogens. There will also be a focus on newer methodologies which are being applied evermore frequently from the areas of biochemistry and biotechnology, such as qPCR and MicroArray techniques.

The registration fee is $195 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.
