New Retail Liquor Store Prototype
JVB Architect has been awarded the contract to design 2 new national retail liquor store prototypes.
Tampa, FL, October 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- JVB Architect, LLC (JVB) was awarded a contract for architectural services of 2 retail liquor store prototypes. Each prototype is the creation of a privately held corporation in St. Petersburg, Florida.
The mainstream prototype retail liquor store focuses on everyday retail sales with a modern décor and attention to customer service. The higher end prototype has a full service bar along with the retail sales for high end liquor sales.
JVB has implemented “Green Initiative” guidelines for the mainstream retail store with both internal focus on purchasing green supplies and products, and green concepts in the building performance.
JVB has been at the forefront of “green” design for the past few years with the first LEED CI certified project south of Jacksonville. Joseph V. Belluccia, AIA, LEED AP, Principal of JVB is a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.
