Eagles Receiver Darnerien McCants to Perform at the “Lunch In Love” Concert Series on May 24th @ Noon in Love Park - Philadelphia
Philadelphia, PA, May 19, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Eagles Receiver, Darnerien McCants and the Mainstream Band will kick off Love Park’s “Lunch in Love” concert series on May 24th at Noon.
Hosted by the City of Philadelphia, this series of free mid-day music and entertainment is open to the general public and patrons of the park at John F. Kennedy Plaza. Love Park is located on the southwest corner of 16th Street and JFK Boulevard.
McCants, who began singing publicly for friends in college, spends most of his free time perfecting his craft. He has recently performed on the Seagram’s Gin tour, the Superbowl Gospel explosion in Detroit, with the Doug Flutie band at an NFL charity football game, and on UPN’s fall slated show “Urban Idol.”
