Clearidge Announces the New 5x Magnification Range Ultra XP5

Harrietta, MI, October 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The new Ultra XP5 series of scopes offer an affordable scope for all hunting and tactical shooting. The Ultra XP5 features a 5x magnification range and a wide field of view making it one of the most versatile scopes for all situations.

Models include a 2.5-12.5x42 and a 4.5-22.5x50 with reticle options of a Duplex, Mil Dot or German #4. All Ultra XP5 scopes have a one-piece 30mm tube made of strong aircraft aluminum offering incredible strength and allowing for higher range of adjustment – 90 MOA on the 2.5-12.5x42 and 48 MOA on the 4.5-22.5x50. Each scope is equipped with a side parallax adjustment that can be adjusted from 10 yards to infinity on the 2.5-12.5x42 while the 4.5-22.5x50 can be adjusted from 25 yards to infinity allowing of easy, quick adjusting from any position. The Ultra XP5 scopes also have oversize Target/Tactical knobs with precise, repeatable ¼ MOA click adjustment that can be reset to zero.

The new Ultra XP5 scopes offer high quality, fully multi-coated lenses allowing for a crisp image and high resolution through out the entire power range while providing 95% light transmission. Also, with up to 4 inches of constant eye relief and a fast focus eyepiece, the Ultra XP5 can be comfortable to shoot on any caliber rifle.
