All onsite activities will be held at Shady Lane Assisted Living in Miles City, MT. Upon successful completion of this class, a "MT affidavit of completion" required to write the State Exam for Medication Aides will be issued. It is recommended that individuals have CNA certification first, but it is not required. Heart and Hands Training is dedicated to training high-quality, caring and compassionate direct care providers. There has always been great need for direct care providers and nurses, but there is currently a shortage which is only projected to worsen as the "baby-booomer" generation ages and requires assistance in their cares. Medication aides help meet the health care needs of our elderly population, and Heart and Hands Training provides the training for those who truly want to pursue this rewarding career.
