Ryal Curtis Named Senior Account Executive
Raleigh, NC, October 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Patty Briguglio, president of MMI Associates, Inc., (www.mmimarketing.com) a Raleigh-based full-service public relations firm, has announced that Ryal Curtis has been named senior account executive. In this position, Curtis will oversee client management as well as manage the firm’s account executives, project coordinators and public relations writers in client-related activities.
In his two and a half years at MMI, Curtis has secured media placement for his clients in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, Architectural Builder, Big Builder Magazine and Pink Magazine, as well as consistent visibility in local and regional media outlets. In addition to developing and implementing public relations campaigns, he has made major contributions to MMI’s expanding public relations services that utilize social media applications such as blogs and podcasts. Curtis dedicates his time to a number of education-based nonprofit organizations and has most recently been named publicity chair for the 2009 Toast to the Triangle which benefits the Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc. In 2007, he chaired a VIP event for the North Carolina Education Ball to help raise proceeds for Communities in Schools North Carolina. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English. A native of East Lansing, Michigan, he resides in Raleigh with his wife.
