The CHILL Program (Creating Hope I Love Life) have structured a new incentive program for inner city public housing projects, public schools, boarding homes, foster care facilities and group homes across the nation titled “Operation Safe & Sound” this revolutionary program is designed to bring peace and stability in high crime areas in the State of Wisconsin and in other cities and states across the country, so children can grow up with out fear of being harmed or ever achieving their dreams.

Program 501c3 non-profit foundation, and dedicated committee members plans are to raise the funding needed through a multitude of diverse cultural charity events in Milwaukee Wisconsin and other parts of the county, to help build a facility to provide a safe zone for students and inner city residents of all ages, jobs and classes at inner city public schools for students and adults living within the community so they can raise their families in a safer environment, learn new skills and trades in new after school safe zone in select locations such as: libraries, public middle schools and high school recreation departments, equipped with security guards, recording studio equipment, laptops, fitness equipment, instructors, computer technician courses, apprentice carpentry skills, cement masonry, banking & financing, auto & motorcycle mechanic, landscaping free recording and musical instrument courses for young aspiring artists, a new sports, marching band and liberal arts programs and plenty more courses in fashion and entertainment to boot.
