NPSA Hosts Cash Money Machine at Vegas Conference
As the turmoil on Wall Street continues, the National Portable Storage Association is offering conference attendees a sure way to collect some quick cash.
Kansas City, MO, October 14, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Who needs to bet on the stock market when the National Portable Storage Association (NPSA) is giving away cold hard cash? The NPSA is organizing a cash money giveaway at its 6th Annual Conference & Exposition at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas from October 26-28.
That's right. Container-It is sponsoring a cash prize of $10,000. Container-It will set up a money machine at its booth. Maybe you've seen a money machine. Also known as a Cash Cube, a money machine is a booth that's enclosed with glass. A contestant steps inside the money machine and closes the door. When the machine is turned on, air blows greenbacks around and about the cube while the person inside scrambles to collect as many bills as possible within a predetermined time limit.
"You may have seen money machines on game shows, and they are also popular sites in Las Vegas casinos," said John Finnessy, CMP, Executive Director of the NPSA, a nonprofit membership association dedicated to the advancement of the portable storage industry. "We're playing off of our location for this year's conference with a fun giveaway that won't soon be forgotten."
Let's face it. The dollar isn't worth what it used to be, but when cash money is being given away, it still draws a crowd. Within the registration packet, all NPSA members will receive a ticket to enter the money machine and grab as much cash as they can stuff into their pockets. Additional tickets to play this profitable game are available for $20.
"Many people are still talking about William Marshall winning a Harley-Davidson motorcycle at our conference two years ago," NPSA Operations Manager Joel Rathbone. "Container-It's $10,000 money machine will keep people talking until next year's show as we offer a prize that is a sure bet for anyone who plays."
The NPSA's Annual Conference & Exposition facilitates networking and the exchange of ideas between members, sponsors, exhibitors and guests. In addition to special breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a networking reception at PURE Night Club in Vegas is also on the schedule, along with special appearance by the Pussy Cat Dolls compliments of TAL International.
