Storm Kai lives in southern California. In her search to find peace she has studied Reiki, reflexology, acupressure, visual techniques, verbal affirmations, Tai Chi, meditation, quantum physics, and many other alternative methods. After promptly forgetting most of this in her teens and twenties she found she had created an emotional abyss. She started writing down her thoughts as a way of finding answers for herself and her friends when dealing with their emotional trauma. It took a decade to recover and start living the life of her dreams. She attributes her success to the writings in this book assisting in adding “calm” to her life whenever it is possible.
