IBA Enters the Chicago Market by Securing Two Major Contracts in the Windy City

Chicago, IL, November 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- IBA Consultants, one of the country’s leading building envelope authorities, announces its engagement with two Chicago architectural firms to provide services for the city’s newest high-rise construction projects: 465 North Park Drive and Avalon South Clark.

For North Park Drive, a 40-story condominium tower with 269 units and a 10-story parking podium, IBA will provide glass and glazing, waterproofing, roofing, schematic design, design development, bid analysis, mock-up and site inspection services. The project is designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and developed by Hanover R.S. Limited Partnership.

For Avalon, a 42-story, 500 unit condominium, the company will provide glass and glazing, waterproofing, roofing, design development, contract document, shop drawing and submittal review services. The project is designed by FitzGerald Associates Architects and developed by Avalon Bay Communities.
