IBA Continues Growth in Pacific Northwest with 1200 Madison Contract

Seattle, WA, October 15, 2008 --(PR.com)-- IBA Consultants announced today that it has received a contract from Opus Architects & Engineers to support their efforts on the 1200 Madison Street project in Seattle.

IBA’s scope of work includes glass and glazing, exterior wall, waterproofing and roofing construction document review and shop drawing/submittal review, jobsite inspection and testing services.

The 1200 Madison Street project is a 17-story apartment tower, street level retail space and a two-level below grade parking garage. Located at the corner of Madison and Minor Streets in the heart of Seattle's Medical District, the project includes 241 units within the 177,684 SF facility. Completion is expected in March 2010.
