Atlas Ergonomics to Present on Hot Topics at Three National Conferences
In support of its mission to encourage continuous improvement in worker health and safety, Atlas Ergonomics will share recent discoveries and results of its bottom-line approach at three national conferences in June.
Grand Haven, MI, May 24, 2006 --(PR.com)-- On June 13, Atlas founder Drew Bossen will present "Size Matters: Shaping the Future of Ergonomics" at the NeoCon World’s Trade Fair in Chicago. On June 14, David Brodie, Atlas director of ergonomic services, will present at the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) conference in Seattle. The presentation, entitled "Ergonomics at the Crossroads" will center on a case study on how Atlas evolved its office ergonomics program to improve safety and comfort for thousands of truck drivers nationwide. The case study will include information on how Atlas measures results, and the significant financial benefits to the client.
On June 22, Brodie will present at the Eastern Ergonomics Conference and Exposition (EECE) in Boston on the topic “Proactive vs. Reactive Ergonomics: Establishing the Process that Fits your Needs.” This presentation will detail different methods available to solve ergonomics challenges, and how Atlas designed its systems to meet these challenges. Case studies will illustrate how, with a little creativity, a good process can be molded to fit many situations.
