Affinity Properties Celebrates 5th Anniversary

Austin, TX, October 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- After several successful years in the Austin real estate market, Affinity Properties, led by Joe Cline and his experienced team, is celebrating its five-year anniversary.

Since first opening in 2003, much has happened at and to Affinity Properties. First, the team of people serving Austin’s real estate customers has earned many well-deserved accolades and grown to include more individuals. Team leader Joe Cline, for example, was named Rookie of the Year in 2004 by the Austin Board, for excelling in his first year and a half of real estate sales. Since then, Joe has taken this acknowledgement and used it to further encourage his success, continuing his education with numerous real estate courses and remaining up-to-date on everything that may affect his clients be they buyers or sellers.

In 2006, Doris Cline joined the Affinity team, relocating from Phoenix, AZ. Doris brought with her a background in professional security having worked in Ohio, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Texas and Arizona previously. To this day, Doris remains a member of the American Society for Industrial Security as well as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). In fact, in 2007, she was made a Lifetime CPP. Doris is now working as a realtor for the Joe Cline team and relying on her past experiences in the business world to help guide her and her clients.

The final member of Affinity Properties is Peggy Gallina, who recently relocated from Boca Raton, FL, to Austin. Before joining the Joe Cline Team, Peggy worked for 25 years in the real estate world in Indiana, Illinois and Florida. Peggy has proven since joining the team that those 25 years of experience were not simply time gone by. She continually works to help Joe and Doris create a reputable and successful real estate firm.

In addition to a changing team, Affinity Properties as a whole morphed in 2008 when it affiliated itself with RE/MAX. The move to RE/MAX was made in an effort to better serve the Austin community. It enables the Joe Cline team to have best access to the properties sold and bought through RE/MAX and puts Affinity Properties at the forefront off the Austin real estate market.

Today, Affinity Properties serves clients in Austin, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Pflugerville and Round Rock. The team deals not only with residential properties, but commercial ones as well, and helps clients both buy and sell their homes or buildings. For the Joe Cline team, the customer is the most important person involved. To them, it is about the person looking to sell or buy, not them, and that is why they have been successful.

All members of the team - Joe, Doris and Peggy - are thrilled to be celebrating the group’s 5th anniversary. They believe the five years past are proof that the ones to come will be even better, with more sales, more purchases and more happy faces finding new homes within a city that already is a home: Austin.
