Janna Hoiberg Will Achieve a Perfect Life/Work Balance in Her New Role as an ActionCOACH
Janna Hoiberg is excited about working with clients, facing the challenge of each new situation and the prospect of meeting new people.
Las Vegas, NV, October 19, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Master Licensee Michael Feinner has named Janna Hoiberg as an ActionCOACH in Colorado.
Her office will be located in the Colorado area – specifically Colorado Springs.
A desire to own her own business, prompted Hoiberg to look at business opportunities.
“I also have a desire to make a difference in the lives of those I will be working with – becoming a Business Coach seemed like the step in the right direction,” she said.
After doing her due diligence, Hoiberg was convinced that by joining ActionCOACH, she would be able to move one step ahead in realizing her entrepreneurial dream.
Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Hoiberg was the General Manager of a software company that specialized in providing ERP solutions to metal, wire and cable companies.
In her past career, Hoiberg exceeded her sales goals by 150% for two consecutive years, selling financial software before moving into a senior operations management role; she also held the position of acting CFO for a while.
She was also instrumental in establishing a management style that led to continuous organizational and operational growth resulting in doubling the size of the company within six months.
“My leadership skills and a great team allowed me to close a $20 million contract of product and services from a multi-billion dollar company, which would be serviced from an $8 million dollar organization,” she said. “I was also responsible for growing revenue and profitability for nine straight quarters exceeding plan by over 30%.”
Hoiberg believes that ActionCOACH will provide her with the standards, systems, tools and business processes to continue doing for her clients what she has been doing for years in the corporate world.
“In the past, I made a difference for my customers and employees; now my focus will be directed toward business owners. Twenty five years of experience working with small businesses has prepared me for this latest venture,” she said.
Having spent most of her working life in the corporate world, Hoiberg got tired of it and felt restricted in terms of her ability to go with her instincts and do what she thought appropriate for her customers and employees.
“I am at a point when I need to also achieve a perfect work/life balance and am excited to have found an opportunity that will help me achieve this goal,” she said.
A board member of a Non-profit organization, Hoiberg is also actively involved in a school PTO organization as a Co-Chair President, belongs to the Chamber of Commerce and is a Boy Scouts merit badge counselor.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
