Cirrus Tech Ltd. Reveals Plans to Enter the Hosted Exchange and SharePoint Industry

Markham, Canada, October 22, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Having established itself as a leading Canadian Web Hosting Company, Cirrus Tech has announced plans to expand its hosted offerings to include Hosted Exchange and SharePoint Services. Cirrus Tech aims to provide existing clients with a more robust email service in addition to attracting new clients with their full-featured and competitively priced Hosted Exchange and SharePoint plans.

Over the past year some of the important steps that Cirrus Tech has taken in developing their Hosted Exchange and SharePoint services were significant investment in both leading edge hardware and software specifically for their Hosted Exchange services. Cirrus Tech has decided to utilize new Dell Blade Servers which allows for increased stability and energy efficiency, and an easy-to-use client control panel and provisioning system from long-time Cirrus Tech partner, Parallels. Clients will have peace of mind knowing that their hosted Exchange data is protected by R1Soft’s Continuous Data Protection (CDP) software. In addition, BlackBerry and Good Mobile Services along with the ActiveSync will ensure that clients can connect to their Exchange data from their mobile device.

Cirrus Tech aims to launch their Hosted Exchange and SharePoint services by the end of fall 2008. Detailed specifications and pricing for Cirrus Tech’s Hosted Exchange and SharePoint services were not available at the time of this writing.
