New York, NY, October 22, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Cadence Group (TCG) is thrilled to announce that Bethany Brown is joining the company as a Senior Associate. She will be working out of TCG’s new Chicago office heading the Editorial Division as well as consulting with small to mid-sized publishers on editorial and workflow processes, contracts and acquisitions.

Brown has spent the past eighteen months consulting and working on a capital campaign in the nonprofit sector. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Editor and Editorial Manager at Sourcebooks, Inc. in Naperville heading Sourcebooks Jabberwocky, the Sourcebooks’ bestselling parenting book program and several other branding and publishing initiatives.
Brown started her career at Adams Media Corporation, now a division of F+W Media, Inc. and was Senior Editor in charge of The EVERYTHING® series as well as several series and brand extensions including The EVERYTHING KIDS’® series.
