Kim Parrish to Present at National Workshop Tour for Miss America's Outstanding Teen
Kim Parrish, of the Kim Parrish Collection on HSN and former Miss West Virginia, will be a presenter at the Miss America's Oustanding Teen and Dolphin Entertainment workshop series.
Orlando, FL, October 25, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Miss America's Outstanding Teen announced today that former Miss West Virginia, and creator of the Kim Parrish Collection on HSN, Kim Parrish will be a featured instructor for this unprecedented tour. For the first time in the organization's history, Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, Inc. and Dolphin Entertainment are launching a nationwide tour of six cities. This new workshop series is designed to give contestants, their parents and pageant directors an inside look into the MAOT organization and the acting/audition process.
Parrish has spent over 15 years in pageantry as well as on camera and brings a wealth of knowledge to the workshops. She is also the president of the MAOT Organization. Parrish's topics will focus on identifying your own personal style, on-stage presentation and proper presentation techniques.
Sessions will include working with the camera, preparing for the entertainment industry, establishing your ideal presentation and how to navigate the interview room.
The workshop series begins November 15th in Columbia, MD at the Sheraton Columbia Town Center.
