Slattery and Associates Awarded Project for Royal Island Bahamas

Boca Raton, FL, October 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Boca Raton, FL –Slattery & Associates today announced they were selected by Royal Island Bahamas, Ltd. to provide full design services for their off-island Support Facilities in North Eleuthera, Bahamas. The project will create a housing complex for the senior staff on the island consisting of approximately 160 housing units as well as a support complex with six additional support buildings. Royal Island Bahamas, Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Cypress Equities and their partner Staubach Retail. Cypress Equities develops and acquires destination class retail, residential and resort properties across the US and offshore, while Staubach Retail is a market leading global real estate advisory firm.
