Equine and Canine First Aid and CPR Certification

Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage (RMSAAM) is now offering a First Aid Course on Horse and Dog for the animal practitioner and animal owner.

Denver, CO, October 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- According to the American Animal Hospital Association, if pet owners or practitioners were capable of applying just One first-aid skill or CPR technique it could mean the difference between life and death in 1 out of 4 pets.

Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage (RMSAAM) is now offering a First Aid Course on Horse and Dog for the animal practitioner and animal owner. The eight hour course covers Disaster Preparedness, Canine CPR and Equine and Canine First Aid Skills that will give professionals and animal owners the expertise necessary to handle emergency situations, give daily wellness assessments and administer medications in an emergency situation. Animal Care Professionals holding this certificate demonstrate a high level of dedication, knowledge and skill when it comes to taking care of their beloved animal companions and clients. The next class will be held on November 16th at RMSAAM’s Longmont Campus.

RMSAAM is approved by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools.
