InStepp, Inc. Wins JobLink Community Partner Award

Durham, NC, October 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- InStepp Inc was awarded the JobLink Community Partner of the Year award at the Durham JobLink Career Center Annual Recognition Ceremony at Durham City Hall on Thursday, October 16, 2008. County Commissioner Reverend Michael Page presented the award to InStepp in recognition of its efforts to help make the Durham JobLink Center a success during the 2007-2008 year. InStepp provided job readiness and job retention training workshops at various JobLink sites along with document preparation assistance to the local workforce throughout the past year. Founder and Executive Director Gilda Womble accepted the award on behalf of InStepp.

InStepp has a formal two-way referral partnership with the Durham JobLink Career Center that was established by a Department of Labor grant awarded to InStepp in July 2007.
