Prudential Homesale Services Group Cuts Ribbon at New Office

Lebanon, PA, October 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Prudential Homesale Services Group recently relocated their Lebanon office to better serve the needs of the local community.

On Friday, October 17th at 11 am, the ribbon was cut outside of Homesale’s new office at 1402 Quentin Road in Lebanon, a 2-story office building with 3,928 square feet and a finished basement training room. In attendance were Homesale agents and staff as well as Judy Plummer from the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce and other local representatives.

Prudential Homesale’s Lebanon office was previously housed at the Lebanon Valley Mall. Homesale currently has a staff of 21 agents serving the Lebanon area. The new office allows room for expansion to 32 agents.

Approximately $100,000 was spent to improve the building at Quentin Road. General Contractor Greg Slaugh made improvements to the look and infrastructure of the site. Interior decorating was done by Buck Furniture.

“I am very excited about our new location and the convenience and services that it will provide our agents and clients,” said Mike Holland, Lebanon office Operations Manager.

Prudential Homesale is south central Pennsylvania’s #1 homeseller, with 25 offices in nine Pennsylvania counties. Homesale is the only locally owned real estate company with an annual sales volume of $2.3 billion.

The company has a total of 1,000 Agents supported by slightly more than 250 employees.
