With its powerful feature-set and value-enhancing included accessories, the XP-8.4, which made its trade debut last month at the 2008 CEDIA Expo in Denver, delivers the large-screen wireless control option that Dealers have been requesting. “ELAN just raised the bar in wireless touch panel control,” stated Mr. Farinelli. “Our new XP-8.4 provides reliable, user-friendly system control, web browsing and audio / video streaming, plus many added extras making it a one-of-a-kind wireless controller and the most feature rich value available in the marketplace.”
Lightweight and extremely durable, the XP-8.4 features a powerful combination of a bold and beautiful color graphics display coupled with long-range 802.11g wireless control technology and serves as the ideal, premium whole house and home theater controller. As part of the XP8.4’s package, a deluxe tabletop docking/recharging cradle with Ethernet and USB ports and an extra-long-life battery pack are included at no extra cost representing, hands down, a total value package that is not offered by any other wireless control manufacturer in the Custom Installation industry today.
The XP8.4 provides instant “Now Playing” information as well as real-time status display of data from compatible lighting, temperature, pool, spa and security systems.
