Called APEWF, the hose handles both pressure and vacuum applications and offers improved flexibility over stiffer fluoropolymer hoses. Uses cover pharmaceutical processing, beverage transfer, potable water lines, washdown stations, coolant transfer, glycol lines, and others. APEWF handles temperatures from -40°F up to 248°F (-40°C to 120°C), a range wider than standard EPDM hoses.

The highly flexible hose, called APEWF, is engineered to handle a wide variety of fluids in applications requiring elevated pressure and vacuum.
APEWF is constructed with a smooth, white EPDM rubber core reinforced with a wire helix and multiple layers of durable rubber. The hose provides flexibility and a smooth, sanitary inner surface for unrestricted flow. Uses cover pharmaceutical processing, beverage transfer, potable water lines, washdown stations, coolant transfer, glycol lines, and others.
The hose’s performance advantages include:
