Triple Diamond Recordings in Talks to Sign New Band 'The Progress of Energy’

Virginia Beach, VA, October 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Triple Diamond Recordings announces their intentions to sign new band ‘The Progress of Energy’ to their recording label. The independent studio has been scouring clubs and bars looking for new talent to sign.

The Progress of Energy has made a name for themselves locally, playing in bars and clubs. CD sales have been slow and most of the band’s time has been spent writing new material for their live shows. At one of their recent performances, they caught the eye of Tim Ryder, a Triple Diamond talent scout who was looking for the next big thing.

“I knew instantly that The Progress of Energy was a band we needed to represent. Their mix of different music styles creates a sound no one else has. They also write all their own songs which make them attractive to any recording studio. If the contract negotiations go well, The Progress of Energy will become one of Triple Diamond’s newest talents, joining many other bands that have found success in the local music market. With Triple Diamond Recordings assistance, the band hopes to break into the national music scene. The band has been performing together locally for three years and met while working together. Since then, band members have gone on to different jobs, but still come together to write music, practice and perform.
