Since February of 2008, the Young Women’s Leadership Program has hosted four highly inspirational female forum’s with special key note speakers including recording artists, an award winning DJ and a best selling author. This November, the San Diego based Jenna Druck Foundation gears up to present its fifth motivational speaker Peggy O’Neill. At under four feet tall, Peggy O’Neill will share the tragedies and triumphs of her life as a little person, along with universal principles and practical techniques that build inner strength, confidence, compassion, resiliency and resolve.
Psychotherapist, speaker, author and coach Peggy O’Neill, a little person with a big mission, is scheduled to be guest of honor at the fifth installment of the Young Women’s Leadership Forum. Peggy will discuss and celebrate the beautiful differences that make each person a unique individual with triumphs to face and conquer. As a featured teacher in the upcoming self-help film “The Opus” Peggy will share with attendees the key to overcoming challenges, opening the heart and mind to accept one another and “break free from whatever holds them back”. Peggy also serves on the board of Disability Rights CA, the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the National Speakers Association (GLAC/NSA), and the Empathy Place Foundation.
