Florida State Championship Race #6 to be Held in Alva FL

Fort Myers, FL, November 01, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Caloosahatchee Regional Park Alva Fl. Is hosting the Florida State Championship Series #6 and Coconut Cup South Florida series CC #2 on November 16th. This is the first time CRP has held the FSC or the Coconut Cup races. The races are promoted by www.goneriding.com. Local and state riders compete in a timed race through CRP. Race is open to the public and anyone can enter the race, after completing registration. I have attached race fliers and new stacked loop map of CRP.

Caloosahatchee Regional Park opened on March 6, 1999 and to this day, volunteers are instrumental in trail maintenance and campground management. The trails are maintained by the Florida Mudcutters www.mudcutters.org . CRP now has 10 miles of off-road single track bike trails in an IMBA stacked loop system, thanks to the Mudcutters and Lee County Parks.

Florida Mudcutters now have 7 IMBA certified bike patrollers for Lee County Bike Patrol. Lee County Bike Patrol is authorized to patrol 3 areas in Lee County: CRP, Lakes Park & 10 mile linear Park.
