25-Year Design and Construction Expert Joins IBA Consultants

Boca Raton, FL, November 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Mark Baker, president, IBA Consultants announces that Beatrice Bastidas has joined the organization as a consultant.

A 25-year design and construction industry veteran, she will serve IBA’s South Florida clients and concentrate on waterproofing and roofing related projects.

Prior to joining IBA, she was involved in many notable South Florida projects from both development and architecture perspectives. Previously, she worked with Ocean Land Investments (Boca Raton) as a project manager on its development of the four-star Hilton Hotel in Pompano Beach.

Before joining Ocean Land, Ms. Bastidas served as project manager for Boca Developers (Deerfield Beach) and its Marina Grande project in North Miami Beach. She also handled numerous luxury waterfront condominium projects for the company in Aventura, North Miami Beach, Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach.

Ms. Bastidas received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture from Tulane University, New Orleans.
