Atlas Selects the SyberWorks Learning Management System to Manage Technician Certification Training
SyberWorks, a leader in the Learning Management Systems industry, announced today that they signed an agreement with Atlas Interactive to manage classroom training at Middle East construction sites.
Waltham, MA, November 07, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Harry van der Vossen, Chief Operating Officer for Atlas Interactive, states, “We specialize in developing e-Learning products and services for the oil and gas industry. We had developed our own in-house learning management system for e-Learning delivery, but also needed a way to manage both classroom-based and on-the-job training at oil field construction sites.
“We thought about developing a classroom management system internally, but soon realized that the time and manpower expenses would far outweigh the cost of purchasing a piece of technology already developed for this training scenario. But since Atlas Interactive already had a learning management system, we wanted a Learning Management technology provider that was very skilled at system configuration and integration, because data would need to flow back and forth between both applications.
