Brian McKnight Embraces the Holiday Spirit on New Album
Award winning R&B singer Brian McKnight releases an album of original and classic holiday music.
Los Angeles, CA, November 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Brian McKnight is gearing up to release his 11th album, a collection of holiday songs titled I’ll Be Home For Christmas. This album will be released on Brian’s own record label Gemini 3 and distributed by Razor & Tie. The album will be in stores November 1st, and online at BMcKnight.com. Brian will be touring both domestically and internationally in support of the album.
McKnight’s past foray into this genre was the hugely successful 1998 release Bethlehem. “Christmas has always held a very special place in my life and my heart,” says McKnight “when it arrives, it brings with it memories of the past and the promise of a future of memories with friends and family all over the world.” The 12-track disc includes McKnight’s take on holiday classics such as “Silent Night” and “Silver Bells” and features collaborations with Vince Gill, Josh Groban Take 6 and Noel Schajris. McKnight makes it a family affair On “Let it Snow” singing a duet with his sons Brian Jr. & Nikolas.
McKnight also plans to release his next CD of original music in February 2009.

In 2006 McKnight scored Daddy’s Little Girls for Tyler Perry, in the same year he released his most recent album; TEN.
