Red Sage Communications Creates Automotive Supplier Website and Brochures for Germany Economic Development Trip
Decatur, AL, November 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Red Sage Communications, Inc. was recently chosen by three Northeast Alabama economic development organizations to develop a website and English- and German-language brochures to target German automotive suppliers. The online and print marketing materials are part of a campaign to attract automotive suppliers to the Northeast Alabama area in response to the proposed Volkswagen plant locating to Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The online and print marketing materials were created in conjunction with an industry recruitment trip to Germany attended by several Northeast Alabama economic development leaders. The website, www.automotivesites.us, was unveiled during the trip and began receiving visitors from Germany the week it was launched. The website includes interactive maps and links to GIS community and property information.
The brochures, created in both English and German, were designed by Red Sage Communications to highlight the advantages of the Northeast Alabama region for automotive suppliers. The brochures include custom maps showing Northeast Alabama’s relation to key Southeastern automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
The marketing campaign was sponsored by the DeKalb County Economic Development Authority, Jackson County Economic Development Authority, Marshall County Economic Development Council, North Alabama Industrial Development Association, and Tennessee Valley Authority Economic Development.
