New ActionCOACH Business Coach Adds to Business Growth of the ActionCOACH Firm in Cincinnati
Robert Viney to bring 30 years of business growth success to local business owners and profit- center managers.
Las Vegas, NV, November 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Master Licensees Craig and Annette Hohnberger have named Robert Viney as an ActionCOACH in the Central and Southwestern Ohio tri-state region.
His office will be located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
“I am excited about joining several other franchise owners in the Cincinnati area to work together to build the ActionCOACH brand by helping business owners achieve their business and personal goals,” he said.
Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Viney served as a Senior Business and Marketing Executive for Fortune 500 Companies and leading marketing technology companies. In these roles, he was responsible for growing both established businesses and launching new entrepreneurial ventures.
“I have succeeded in growing multiple businesses in both corporate and consulting leadership roles. The opportunity to use my expertise and experience to help business owners grow their business and improve their lives, while owning my own business, was a very attractive proposition,” he said.
Viney’s list of accomplishments is impressive.
He led the development of Liquid Tide for Procter and Gamble (P&G) and developed the growth strategy and action plans that were responsible for growing the Tide brand from $500 Million per year to $1 Billion per year in sales. In his role as Director of Marketing, he launched a new company for P&G in Taiwan and grew the business to over $40 Million annually in about four years’ time.
“I also led the household products division at Arm & Hammer to successive record levels of sales and profits,” he said.
As the first Chairman of the P&G Alumni Network, a non-profit organization Viney led a team of colleagues in the development of long-term vision and launch plans.
“Today, seven years after the launch, we have over 12,000 registered members and 40 local chapters globally; we have raised and donated over $250,000 to support the growth of entrepreneurial businesses and free enterprise economic systems around the world,” he said.
In his past career, Viney has been able to consistently build businesses in a wide variety of industries and business environments, through effective leadership and innovative insights to customer needs. Living in Asia for seven years – where neither colleagues, customers nor partners spoke English as their first language - helped Viney develop his listening skills- which will help add immense value to his role as an ActionCOACH.
With a desire to own his own business, Viney was looking for a role that would be well-suited to his interests and skills.
“I was not going to “settle” for a position that would not fully meet these objectives, nor would I join an organization where the culture was not consistent with my own values,” he said. “ActionCOACH seemed like the perfect fit!”
Viney was impressed by ActionCOACH.
“I was particularly drawn to the level of collaboration and mutual support between coaches in the Southern Ohio and Indiana region,” he said.
Viney is excited about his new role as an ActionCOACH.
“I am excited about the opportunity to successfully help business owners reach their personal goals and improve their lives, by using the proven ActionCOACH tools, systems and established “best practices,” he said.
In addition to his current role as Director of the P&G Alumni Network, Viney is also actively involved with the Ohio Business Weekly Foundation and is a life-long member of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
