Theta Xi Signs on with Chapter Communications

Champaign, IL, November 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Chapter Communications has announced a new partnership with Theta Xi fraternity. Chapters and colonies of Theta Xi are now eligible for discounted websites through Chapter Communications because of the agreement.
