Whisper Technology is currently available on new NextDimension Pro and Pro HD systems as well as an upgrade kit for existing systems to reduce the computer’s acoustical “footprint.” Intel-based systems enabled with this option are approximately 6 times quieter in low-load and idle conditions and nearly 50% quieter in medium-load conditions. Available configurations include up to (2) Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® or (2) Dual- or Quad-Core AMD Opteron™ processors, up to 24GB RAM, multiple hot-swap removable and fixed internal SATA hard drives (up to 320GB 7200RPM), DVD+/-RW or Blu-Ray BD-R drive, support for professional graphics solutions from NVIDIA or ATI, and Microsoft Windows® XP Professional (32- or 64-bit).
