Moss Anderson Joint Venture Completes Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village

Fort Lauderdale, FL, November 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Moss Anderson Construction Group announced the completion of Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village in Destin, a $162 million construction project.

Moss & Associates teamed with Roy Anderson Corp. in the joint venture, serving as construction manager for developer Legendary, Inc. Emerald Grande consists of two 13-story towers built above five stories of parking. Amenities include an upscale lobby, full-service spa, fitness center and banquet rooms. The mixed-use community overlooking Destin Harbor features 279 condominium units and approximately 75,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
