Portable Storage Containers Offer Hunters a Safe Haven
The National Portable Storage Association offers tips for safe shelter and storage during hunting season.
Kansas City, MO, November 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Portable storage containers travel thousands of miles by sea before reaching their port of call at land – and some of those containers wind up in the forest.
Portable storage containers aren't merely useful as shipping containers. These steel boxes are also useful to hunters and outdoorsmen that need storage space on location. Portable storage containers have large, wide double doors that allow hunters easy access to stored items. In fact, the containers offer enough room to store All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs). These containers can be modified with windows, shelving and security systems.
"Whether on a safari or out in the wilderness, a portable storage unit can serve as a safe and secure temporary camp shelter for hunters," said NPSA Operations Manager Joel Rathbone. "This is eco-friendly since hunters are recycling shipping containers for a valuable use in various parts of the world hunters travel to pursue their game."
