Samurai Karate Studio Accepting Donations During Canned Food Drive
Samurai Karate Studio is hosting a canned food drive up until Thanksgiving week. The public is invited to drop off canned food or other non-pershibles at the studio, located at 2000 Clemson Road, Suite # 9, Columbia, SC 29229.
Columbia, SC, November 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Samurai Karate Studio is hosting a canned food drive up until Thanksgiving. SKS students have been donating canned goods for a couple of weeks now. The public is invited to drop off non perishables during regular studio hours.
Sensei Chris Feldt, owner and chief instructor commented, "This canned drive is just another opportunity for my studio to help the local community."
Harvest Hope Food Bank, which serves the city of Columbia as well as local suburbs is well below their planned inventory needs for this upcoming holiday season.
