About the Book (Excerpts & Info)
In the Army, Christopher Striker was among a genetically enhanced group of soldiers. He thought he could escape his violent past by resigning after the tragic death of his squad commander and childhood friend Kenneth Young, leaving the woman of his dreams, Anna Young behind to drown in her own sorrow.
But Chris has been called to duty again by his former teammates to protect his country. But unlike before, he'll have to protect it from a corrupted part of its own government, something he's never been trained to do before.
With all his experience, enhancements, and his team by his side, will Chris be able to save his country and his relationship with Anna from destruction, or will they perish forever like his late commander?
Deftly constructed at 244 pages, Haven is being aggressively promoted to appropriate markets with a focus on the Fiction category.
