Think Positive America - Change from the Bottom Up. Major Campaign for Cities and Communities Compliments Obama Agenda

In synch with the Obama strategy for change, a powerful campaign uniting individuals, businesses, organizations, institutions and entire communities with proven strategies to reverse stress and negativity, improve health and well being, and boost self-esteem and confidence, is gaining momentum.

New York, NY, November 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- While Americans were waiting decades for this historic time, an all-encompassing grass roots campaign, to change the mindset and face of cities and towns around the country, was in development. Think Positive America is a powerful mechanism that harmoniously unites individuals, businesses, organizations, institutions and entire communities with proven strategies to reverse stress and negativity, improve health and well being, and boost self-esteem and confidence.

With the country experiencing the worst economic meltdown in almost a century, and the fear of “losing it all” challenging many Americans, the timing for introducing this uplifting campaign could not be better. Founders David Giller and Helene Abrams believe “We cannot depend on government to fix the enormity of our problems. Each of us must take responsibility for our own lives. We can and must, however, join together to support one another in the successful achievement of our goals and dreams.”

As part of its global blueprint for change, Think Positive America has begun introducing its totally interactive “Positive Theme of the Month” program to communities around the country, and on the Internet. Uniquely designed programs, products and services, accompanied by multi-media projects, are intended to reach everyone with positive messages. Monthly themes appearing on buses and billboards will be a constant reminder to Think Positive.

Based in New York City, the Think Positive America campaign is currently assembling a remarkable team of caring celebrities, philanthropists, spiritual leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, marketing experts and others dedicated to making a difference. This wisdom coalition will meet regularly to support this project, link positive goals and visions, and share expertise and contacts. Partnerships and sponsorships are also in discussions.

As President-Elect Obama has stated,” Hope has a new face…our moment is now.” The time has come to create the change Americans are yearning for - a new vision we can all support. A preliminary website can be viewed at www.thepositivelink.com.
