Kodi Owens Joins Lamar Associates as Training Coordinator

Washington, DC, November 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Mrs. Owens, a former national training coordinator for Indian country law enforcement, has served in a number of key law enforcement coordination and training positions over the course of her career.

As Training Coordinator for Lamar Associates, Owens will work with tribal and governmental law enforcement agencies throughout the country to oversee training implementation.

Owens, is a former federal program specialist with the Branch of Drug Enforcement and Indian Police Academy (IPA) in Artesia, New Mexico. She served as the liaison to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) for the Gang Resistance Education and Training Program (GREAT).

She is a graduate of the Montana State University- Northern with a Bachelors Degree in Business Technology and an enrolled member of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Montana.
