TOIN Corporation Acquires Pacific Dreams, Inc.
Tokyo, Japan, November 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- TOIN Corporation, the leading multilingual provider of Japanese and Asian Language Solutions, announced today that it has acquired the Translation and Interpretation business units of Pacific Dreams, Inc., a US-based Japanese Language Services provider with offices in Portland, Oregon.
Pacific Dreams will continue to operate as a distinct business unit within TOIN Corporation for the foreseeable future. However, Pacific Dreams legacy clients will now have access to an expanded range of services. In addition, TOIN’s customers will also be offered new service options delivered from the newly-added Portland office that TOIN intends to expand as part of the deal.
This is the second strategic acquisition by TOIN this year and follows closely on the April 2008 purchase of Tokyo-based Sun Global, also a leading-edge provider of localization services.
